Ingredients
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 shallots, chopped
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 cups olive oil
Instructions
- Whisk the vinegar and sugar until the sugar is mostly dissolved.
- Add chopped shallots, poppy seeds, salt, mayonnaise, and mustard, and whisk to combine.
- Add oil slowly while running an immersion blender.
- Store in the refrigerator with an airtight container.
- Enjoy on your favorite salad!
