Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 shallots, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 cups olive oil
Instructions
  • Whisk the vinegar and sugar until the sugar is mostly dissolved.
  • Add chopped shallots, poppy seeds, salt, mayonnaise, and mustard, and whisk to combine.
  • Add oil slowly while running an immersion blender.
  • Store in the refrigerator with an airtight container.
  • Enjoy on your favorite salad!
