Appointments are filling up quickly! Please enroll ahead of time online at www.identogo.com and you can set up an appointment time. Please note that appointments are scheduled every 10 minutes, and fingerprint agents must see appointments first. If you choose to walk-in you will have a longer wait time, or may not be seen, depending on how many other walk-ins are waiting. Thank you for your patience and cooperation. Fingerprinting takes place in Elizabethtown Public Library, on the 2nd Floor.
Hours are limited at this time.
Monday – Saturday first appointment at 10am, last appointment at 1:50pm.
There are designated walk-in times scheduled each week based on agent availability. Please call to ask about walk-in times.

Follow these Steps to have your fingerprinting completed:
Enroll with your information at www.identogo.com. You will need a 6-digit service code from your employer or organization. When enrolling please ensure that the information you enter is correct. Choose Elizabethtown Public Library as your location. You will receive an email with your registration confirmation and a reminder of the identification that you should bring.
Make sure you bring the correct Identification, a copy of your Registration Confirmation (on your phone is fine) and a method of Payment along with you. Please wear a mask or face covering. Please do not bring extra belongings along with you at this time.
When you arrive at the Library, enter through the doors on the parking lot side of the building. A greeter will meet you at the door and give you further instructions. There will be a place for you to Sign in and you must wash your hands before being fingerprinted.
Please note that you may have a longer wait time depending on the volume of appointments and walk-ins. Thank you for your patience.
Bring the following with you:
You will need to bring along your Identification, most commonly a valid Driver’s license, Photo ID card, or United States Passport. You may be asked to bring along secondary identification, and that information would be given to you online at the time that you make your appointment.
You will also need to bring along a method of payment such as a credit card, business check, cashier’s check, or money order. We cannot accept cash payments or personal checks. If your employer has prepaid for your fingerprinting, you will be given a Payment Code on your confirmation sheet along with your appointment time.
A portion of your fingerprinting fee is returned to the Library for our fingerprinting services. We are grateful to Elizabethtown Borough and the Municipalities of Mount Joy and West Donegal for helping us get fingerprinting services set up at the Library.
